Canterbury Hire was established in 2005, providing a range of well maintained equipment for a wide range of industry customers, and direct customers. Our equipment includes; scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts and telehandlers.
Our wide range of equipment is available to hire on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Our hire rates are listed in the information associated with each product. See our Hire Equipment Database for more information.
A selection of our regular customers include contractors, builders, roofers, electricians, sign writers and painters, as well as home owners. We can deliver hire equipment direct to our customers, and pick it up when it’s ready to return. Customers are also welcome to collect equipment from us direct, by arrangement.
Canterbury Hire is based in Halswell, Christchurch. Most of our equipment is delivered to customers within the city area, which includes Belfast, Templeton and Woolston. However, we can supply hire equipment to customers throughout the South Island.
